My family & I enjoyed our second stay here. Super clean room! My kids loved the pool. Rick's has some of the best fish tacos I've ever had! Will definitely return for future vacations

July 2017 Stay
We knew the room would be small but didn't think it would be THAT small. service from Holiday was beyond expectations! They were nice, friendly, and even gave our toddler a sand bucket of beach goodies! Room was clean, great location, some of the blinds were broke off so the neighbors probably saw more than we cared for them to. Overall were happy with our experience.

The studio in Sand Piper cove was perfect for my college friend and me who like to take trips for little reunions. He said the Murphy bed was very comfortable and the sofa bed where I slept was exactly what you would think about sofa bed. But I can sleep anywhere and it was perfect for what I needed. Sand Piper Cove is a gated group of condos with guards that monitor every guest that comes into the parking lot. Upon your first entrance, make sure you pull to the right so they can give you a parking tag. After that they will just wave you in when they see your hang tag. The guards were very friendly and helpful. You will get a code to go through the gates for beach access. This, too was very helpful and kept the beaches along the condos from being a free for all. It's a quick five minute walk to get to the beach and we enjoyed that every night as we watched the sun set. The condo was clean and has a coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, full sized refrigerator, and fully stocked kitchen. They provide soap and towels in the bathrooms (but bring your own towels for the beach) but no shampoo or hair dryer. They tell you this before you come, so that was not a draw back at all! I was worried about the check in area being in a different place than the actual condo, but it is right around the corner and you don't need to cross heavy traffic to get there. The people in the office are extremely helpful when you call to ask questions and the lock box to pick up the keys after hours was very helpful. They provide constant communication and guidelines. I would recommend this place for a small group of friends or small family. My friend is already thinking of booking for a trip next year with is two small sons.

Really awesome place that is right in the middl of everywhere you want to be. Very nice private access to the beach. Lots of pools on property, awesome restaurant on property too! We will absolutely be back, but next time we will bring the kids, this is a very nice family friendly community.

I have been coming to Sandpiper Cove for many years. This condo was in a great location within the resort. We walked everywhere I stead of driving.

Nice place for the money
Stayed for 6 nights. We were coming from a really nice Beach House in Pensacola... so this was a bit of a letdown.... very dated property. We loved the location and the amenities... They need to spend a little bit to spruce up the property. Sloppy painted, repainted areas near the trim in the Bathroom. When we travel, I just look at everything as, "Would it look like this if it were in my house?".... The price was right and other positives put this into a good value category. It was very very clean.
