July 2017 Stay
2142 sandpiper cove is a very nice location with an awesome view. Management has been great in getting us replacement chairs for the deck. Only complaint is there are no Barbeque grills close to this unit.

July 2016 Stay
This was our third year at Sand Piper Cove and our 2nd year staying in 2142. The beach front view is exceptional and the condo is lovely. We can't wait to come back next year!

Bugs!
You have the wrong unit listed for our stay. We were in 2136 Sandpiper Cove. Location was great but the unit itself had many large roaches and tons of tiny red ants. Not good! I left one of the large roaches on the kitchen counter for the cleaning crew. This unit needs to be treated for bugs!!!

June 2016 Stay
We have been staying at Sandpiper Cove for years while visiting for vacation in Destin and unit 2142 is by far the nicest one we have stayed in. The view and location can not be beat. You are located right beside Ricks if you want something to eat while on the beach. The owners have really used high quality decor to make the experience even better. This has been our best beach experience ever and have already made plans to return next year.

Nice property. Not luxury accommodations but if your looking for something priced right in a great location then this is your spot. Felt safe and overall loved our experience. This particular condo is very nice. It has the perfect view of the ocean and you cannot beat the location. The only thing is that it would be nice if the owner provided chairs/umbrella for the beach. We assumed that we were allowed to use the chairs/umbrella since we were Sandpiper Cove occupants but were kicked out of the chairs. Kind of embarrassing, so just know to ask if the owner pays for you to use chairs, otherwise your laying on the sand or paying for chairs.

Again for our third year we are generally very happy with the condo we rent from your good company. We provided you with your requested printed survey questionare when we dropped off the keys as we left last week. No need to repeat the details here of rather minor suggested improvements. And happy wedding wishes May 3rd for BLAKE. Looking forward to our return next January 1st, as already confirmed.

Beautiful condo-terrible beds
This condo is very nice and right on the water but all the beds are uncomfortable Murphy beds. The master bedroom with the wall of windows overlooking the beautiful beach has 2 double beds! The queen is in the 2nd bedroom that is so small that the bed takes up 80% of the room and faces the parking lot with the air conditioning unit right outside the window. We have stayed at Sandpiper Cove for 6 years in various units and love it but won't stay in this unit again.
