This cozy 3 bedroom/2 bath condo is a rare find at Sandpiper Cove with its unobstructed gulf front views. This condo can accommodate 6 guests without anyone having to sleep on the sofa. The kitchen greets you as you open the door and the open concept allows you to enjoy the breathtaking view from the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cookware, dishes, and utensils, so nothing to pack from home if you're planning on cooking on vacation. The dining area can accommodate 5 and there is additional bar stool seating. The living room has comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV to enjoy when you're not on the beach. The expansive sliding glass doors offer a gorgeous view of the white sand and emerald green water. The long and spacious balcony is accessible through the living room and offers plenty of seating to enjoy the sunrise or sunset.The first Guest Bedroom offers 2 Twin size beds and a Flat Screen TV. The second Guest bedroom offers a Queen Size bed and Flat Screen TV. The shared Guest bathroom has a combination tub/shower.The Master Bedroom has a Queen Size bed and a Flat Screen TV. The adjoining Master bath has a combination tub/shower as well.You cannot find a better place to stay if you're looking to enjoy as much of the Destin beach as possible!This condo does have stairs to lead up to the front door, there is no elevator at this property.

Sandpiper Cove 1142
We stayed in SPC 1142. The condo was directly ocean front next to rick's sandbar pavillion. You walk in the condo and see the gorgeous ocean. the condo was decorated beautifully and the beds were comfortable. Washer and Dryer included in condo along with free wifi. I definately will return to Destin and SPC. I would choose this unit again, if my adult children join us, otherwise I would choose a smaller unit. This one is 3 bedroom and is a perfect fit for a family that needs 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6.- Anonymous , Posted: 03/30/2014
August 2017 Stay

Sandpiper Cove 1142
The people of Holiday Isle are very friendly and courteous. We have used their company many times in the past. As far as the room, the only thing it had going for it was the view. It was outdated and worn. The carpets needed to be changed or removed. The a/c did not have a filter in it and the a/c vents were dusty and dirty. Both dvd players did not work. One did not have any cables to hook it up to the tv. Furniture was worn and the sofa was torn. The deck had peeling paint and the outdoor furniture was rusted and crumbling. The walls in the hall bath needed painting. If I would have known the condition of the room, I would have never spent that amount of money to stay there.
