Pelican Beach 1811
We stayed at Pelican Beach 1811 the week of September 13, 2013. Our biggest surprise was that the unit was EXACTLY as advertised! We have stayed at rentals from other companies that do not seem to be quite what the pictures portrays. Cody Sansom was very helpful in the booking process. Our check in/check out was seamless. We will be back, and plan to stay in the same unit if possible.

Great, clean room with glorious view.
Wonderful visit to Destin. Easy registration and check in/check out. Clean room. Perfect for small family. Great view. Would recommend to anyone!!!

Great views and just enough space for a family of 5. We had a great day on the beach and just around lunch, the pool is in the shade to give you a bit of a break from the hot sun

Fantastic place! We ate at the condo every night because you won't get a better view at a restaurant. Pretty clean and well appointed! Would definitely rent again!

Amazing view! We’ve been coming to Destin for a few years now and this condo offers the best location, view and amenities yet. The condo is exactly as described. The host responded very quickly with any questions I had. Guess what? We are ready to book another vacation here. Love it!

Dissatisfied
The unit was very clean and the views are incredible . The bed was very uncomfortable. It was hard like a rock. The beach was overcrowded due to a restricted beach access area. Our cell phone service was horrible , and the fact that there is no wifi made matters worse. We will not be staying at this resort again only because of the restricted beach.

Room 1811
No WIFI, holes in blanket, outlet in 2rd bathroom would not work with hair dryer ,old lock on door, plumbing issues, balcony had bird poop, furniture on balcony really in bad shape.I would never stay there again. Look good in the picture beware.

September 2016 Stay
such a beautiful condo with breathtaking views of the beach. The deck is on the west corner so the views include the town and harbor not to mention sunsets. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the Winn Dixie grocery store and liquor store is walking distance just across Gulf Drive. We loved our stay here.

The view was spectacular, and the unit was clean and cheerful. The master bed mattress was too firm, and neither of us had a comfortable night's sleep (please advertise the mattress is ultra-firm). Also, was told internet was available. It wasn't which was a big disappointment.

This room was amazing, the view was absolutely breath taking. The bunkbeds weren't comfortable but I brought an air mattress and it was still great! They offer a good amount of dishes to suit their guest! I would definitely want stay here again.

We were able to check in early and we were treated by the nicest people! It was our honeymoon and they went above and beyond and gave us a gift which was totally unexpected! The resort was so nice and very well kept! Our room was perfect for just the two of us! The weather wasn’t on our side for a majority of the trip but we still had fun! The beach is right off the back of the resort. The hotel pools were heated when we stayed which helped bc the wind was blowing so much! Our room had beach chairs and toys that we could use which was nice bc the hotel chairs you have to pay to use. The bathrooms are very spacious. The beds are firm but comfortable. The pillows are very nice but we did bring our own. The food our couch in the living room is very stiff and uncomfortable to sit on but that is my only complaint. This is also a corner room so with us having that bad wind and rain we really heard it at night. The location is perfect! You’re right by everything!!! All in all we would stay again!
