Destin on the Gulf 406

Great place to relax & un-wind!!!
We enjoyed our stay at Destin on the Gulf 406. The condo is beautifully updated & decorated & very cozy. Two things that were not ideal were the toilet in the master bath kept running (just jiggle the handle) and that there is no WiFi in the unit itself. You have to go downstairs in the community room from 9am-5pm which is inconvenient. But the views of the Gulf more than make up for these small issues. It is truly breathtaking - like something from a postcard. Being right on the ocean is amazing - the sand is white and the water is emerald!!! We even saw dolphins swimming down the shoreline several times from the balcony. Great time, great views and convenient to everything in Destin. Definitely recommend!!!

This clean, updated condo is tucked into a quieter strip of Destin's beach. Absolutely perfect place to sit all day on the beach enjoying the gorgeous sand and sea away from crowds

Overall, a great experience with amazing view.
Not much negative to say. The unit was very spacious in the common areas, and a nice size balcony with fantastic views. The master bed wasn't very comfortable, and the master bathroom fell a little cramped, but that's just being picky. The location was perfect, very close to the harbor and anything you would need like the grocery store. The beach it's self wasn't very crowded, compared to previous oversize condominiums we've stayed at before

Reall love this unit!
Wellequipped, beautifully decorated unit. Kitchen is well equipped, except that it needs a good knife and a corkscrew. I love the decor in this unit! Can the owner tell me anything about the wonderful painting over the sofa (not the one shown in the picture of the unit) ? We hope to stay here again!

We liked the location of our condo. We liked Destin a lot for our 1st time there. There are some things that could've made the condo itself better and convenient for guests. Such as: provide hangers(people do not steal these), basic salt & pepper(does nit expire), we had no paper towels, the master bath needs an exhaust fan, master bedroom needs new bed frame(extremelysqueaky. y), ceiling fans in bedrooms would also be better. I feel it was slightly overpriced considering no private washer/dryer. These are my opinions. We've stayed other places in the area with all these items. Thanks for taking the time to read this & hope it gets sent to the owner. We did have a great vacation!!!

Great location and amazing view of the beach. Enjoyed our stay at the apartment, everything is as described and more. Very clean, kitchen has everything and the beach is steps away. Can't wait to return.

The place was clean and comfortable. We stayed a week and loved it. Perfect
The folks at Holiday Isle were great and the location was perfect. The beach was never too crowded as we were kind of away from the busier parts of Destin. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Bring charcoal if you want to grill--there wasn't a gas grill on the property. We would stay here again!

Destin on the gulf-406 was an amazing vacation spot. Right on the beach, very easy access, great views. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable when we arrived. Exactly as advertised. There is a full kitchen with everything you need to cook a great meal for days. That is something I would’ve found helpful to know beforehand. It’s out of the way and quiet but just down the road from all the stores and attractions Destin has to offer. 10/10 would definitely stay here again
